TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Driving strategic success planning and engagement across enterprise accounts with an accent on fostering champions and empowering customers across their journey. Focus on aligning with stakeholder goals, orchestrating internal resources, and identifying opportunities for automation and expansion.

Location: Must be based in EST or CST.

Salary: $150-170K

What you will do

  • Align with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery.
  • Orchestrate onboarding experiences with a Customer Success Engineer.
  • Review account dashboards and metrics to determine customer health.
  • Identify issues impacting customers and provide thought leadership for solutions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and business reviews to evaluate performance and drive automation plans.
  • Partner with internal teams to build success plans and present outcomes to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales at a technology company.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT).
  • Experience uncovering problems and translating technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of utilizing internal resources to solve complex problems.
