Salary: $147,040 - $183,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of enterprise customer relationships from onboarding and technical implementation to renewal.
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive and operational stakeholders at large client organizations.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, upsell, and multi-product expansion.
- Utilize data and healthcare analytics to deliver QBRs and demonstrate clinical and economic ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Clinical, and IT teams to solve complex customer challenges.
- Travel to client sites approximately once per quarter to nurture high-level partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of professional experience in account management or post-sales implementation.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Demonstrated success in field sales or account management with focus on upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Experience project-managing technical integrations in collaboration with internal technical teams.
- High proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills using data and analytics.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Understanding of the US healthcare system, chronic disease prevention, or digital health.
- Prior experience in a startup environment.
