TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Scheduling meetings with top prospects in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, working with the enterprise sales team while based in Paris with an accent on outbound activities, cold calling, and email campaigns. Focus on researching new companies, exceeding monthly targets, and accurately tracking customer interactions in Salesforce.

Location: Must be based in the Paris, France area and be able to commute into our office at least 3 days a week.

What you will do

  • Drive outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and in-person events to schedule meetings with top companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Research and identify new companies and individuals to target based on current market conditions and events.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly targets, including meetings booked, opportunities created, and total pipeline contribution.
  • Track customer interactions and information accurately in Salesforce, Outreach, and other key tools.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience with a Master Degree.
  • Must be based in the Paris, France area and be able to commute into our office at least 3 days a week.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in German and English. You will be reaching out to prospects in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with key leadership in Germany and international markets.
  • Ability to travel to events and conferences locally and globally.

Nice to have

  • Previous work experience in a technology or similar company in the field of sales, or a passion to get into the world of sales.
