What you will do

• Sell the hirify.global Enterprise Platform to enterprise-level customers
• Manage a dedicated book of business, including buying processes and lead closure
• Lead pre- and post-sales activities and provide strategic direction for accounts
• Analyze win/loss scenarios to refine sales motions
• Maintain high-level relationships and facilitate complex negotiations
• Travel to customer sites for meetings and presentations (30-50% of the time)

Requirements

• Proven experience in selling enterprise software
• Must be based in France
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage full sales cycles
• Experience in fast-moving scale-up environments
