What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for government and public sector clients.
  • Build and maintain a strategic regional channel ecosystem, including partner and agent networks.
  • Formalize value propositions based on thorough analysis of customer needs and current product offerings.
  • Lead complex negotiations and structure quotes to hit individual and team revenue targets.
  • Coordinate sales efforts across internal departments to ensure effective deal execution and onboarding.
  • Maintain high-level relationships within political and business circles in the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with software solutions or licenses to governmental/public sector customers.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex sales accounts and deals.
  • Strong experience selling through third-party channels and agent networks.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and result-oriented individual.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for high-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Previous professional experience within the intelligence or defense domain.
