What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for government and public sector clients.
- Build and maintain a strategic regional channel ecosystem, including partner and agent networks.
- Formalize value propositions based on thorough analysis of customer needs and current product offerings.
- Lead complex negotiations and structure quotes to hit individual and team revenue targets.
- Coordinate sales efforts across internal departments to ensure effective deal execution and onboarding.
- Maintain high-level relationships within political and business circles in the assigned region.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with software solutions or licenses to governmental/public sector customers.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex sales accounts and deals.
- Strong experience selling through third-party channels and agent networks.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and result-oriented individual.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for high-level stakeholders.
