Salary: $110,000–$145,000

What you will do

• Oversee medical care for empaneled patients to improve clinical outcomes
• Review complex patient cases and develop evidence-based care plans
• Lead the development and review of medical protocols and clinical algorithms
• Support the clinical team with expertise in menopause management and hormone therapy
• Monitor adverse events and conduct clinical retrospectives to refine care protocols
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• CNM or WHNP certification required
• Minimum 3 years of menopause care experience, including hormone therapy management
• Active APP license and ability to obtain licenses across all US compact states
• Must be a resident of Massachusetts or another nursing compact state
• Commitment to obtaining MSCP certification
• Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration and metric-driven environments

Nice to have

• Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) certification
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient monitoring
