What you will do
- Analyze and prioritize leads to optimize commercial outreach and business development.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and manage inquiries throughout the pre-sales cycle.
- Prepare economic proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
- Maintain and update client portfolios and CRM databases.
- Coordinate with internal technical and administrative departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, including prospection and deal closing in the B2B/SMB sector.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Jira Cloud, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong customer orientation and a results-driven professional mindset.
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proactive and autonomous work style.
