Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Prospect and nurture new high-value multi-property hotel groups across EMEA.
- Lead consultative sales processes to demonstrate the value of hotel commerce technology.
- Own commercial negotiations, contract terms, and value defense.
- Maximize expansion and property penetration within a portfolio of existing clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute winning growth strategies for enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Proven sales experience in consultative selling, preferably within technology or hospitality.
- Track record of closing at least $1M in new business.
- Deep understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry and travel tech landscape.
- Ability to navigate complex buying structures and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Must be able to work on-site in Barcelona 3 days per week.
