Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a named list of accounts and build relationships with key decision makers.
  • Secure 100% client retention through successful renewals.
  • Lead full sales cycles for upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer support and meet client needs.
  • Monitor account health indicators to mitigate churn risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account activities within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, or consulting.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B technology company.
  • Proven experience managing Enterprise contracts and meeting sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Must possess legal employment status to work in Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the insurance industry or SaaS sector.
  • Technical fluency in cloud architecture, APIs, and IT project delivery.
