What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a named list of accounts and build relationships with key decision makers.
- Secure 100% client retention through successful renewals.
- Lead full sales cycles for upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer support and meet client needs.
- Monitor account health indicators to mitigate churn risks.
- Maintain accurate records of all account activities within the CRM.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, or consulting.
- Experience in a high-growth B2B technology company.
- Proven experience managing Enterprise contracts and meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Must possess legal employment status to work in Spain.

- Technical fluency in cloud architecture, APIs, and IT project delivery.
