Salary: $110,000–$135,000

What you will do

  • Oversee medical care and improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients.
  • Develop and review evidence-based medical protocols and algorithms for menopause care.
  • Review complex patient cases and support clinical team members.
  • Monitor adverse events and conduct clinical retrospectives to refine protocols.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver 24/7 virtual care.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed APP (CNM or WHNP) in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 3 years of menopause experience, including prescribing and managing hormone therapy (HT).
  • Commitment to sitting for the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) exam.
  • Experience using data to drive patient engagement and clinical outcomes.
  • Strong background in interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Facility with multiple tech platforms and a growth mindset for systems adaptation.

Nice to have

  • Current Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) certification.
  • Previous experience in telehealth or remote patient monitoring.
