Salary: $100,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Conduct functional medicine patient visits via both virtual and in-person formats
• Use advanced diagnostic testing to identify root causes of chronic illness
• Collaborate with health coaches and broader care teams to achieve patient health outcomes
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients
• Document clinical care efficiently within a proprietary EMR system

Requirements

• Active NY Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Minimum 3 years of experience in primary care (telemedicine or in-person)
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech, and high-growth environment
• Passion for personal health, wellness, and functional medicine principles

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine
• Formal training via organizations such as IFM
• Active licenses in states including CA, TX, MA, NJ, IL, PA, VA, NC, CO, GA, AZ, WA, or CT
• Active DEA license
• Proficiency with MacBook, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom
