What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Renewals Specialists, setting clear standards for accountability and professionalism.
  • Monitor and review in-quarter renewals, escalating issues and tracking at-risk renewals to ensure clear, actionable next steps.
  • Report key renewal metrics to leadership and collaborate with Finance on ACV allocation.
  • Drive innovation in sales systems by identifying process improvements and triaging technical issues.
  • Ensure renewal opportunities are correctly mapped and quotes are delivered at least 90 days in advance.
  • Communicate environmental, partner, and competitive trends to management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or account management, preferably within the cybersecurity or SaaS sector.
  • Proven track record of directing teams toward shared objectives and meeting quota-based goals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools and concepts rapidly.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Formal training in established sales methodologies.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
  • Background in Customer Success or Service.
