Location: Must be based in London; role is hybrid requiring 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage all commercial steps of the renewal process for named accounts.
  • Negotiate renewal terms and address customer concerns directly with stakeholders.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure balanced and compliant contracts.
  • Maintain an accurate 180-day rolling forecast of renewal opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support long-term partnership goals.
  • Collaborate regularly with the team through mandatory in-office presence at least 3 days per week.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in renewals, sales, or customer-facing account management, ideally in Enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong commercial background with a track record of achieving renewal or revenue targets.
  • Understanding of Identity Verification or related technology services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to commit to working onsite in the London office at least 3 days per week.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for documentation and pipeline management.
