What you will do
- Lead and manage all commercial steps of the renewal process for named accounts.
- Negotiate renewal terms and address customer concerns directly with stakeholders.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure balanced and compliant contracts.
- Maintain an accurate 180-day rolling forecast of renewal opportunities in Salesforce.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support long-term partnership goals.
- Collaborate regularly with the team through mandatory in-office presence at least 3 days per week.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in renewals, sales, or customer-facing account management, ideally in Enterprise SaaS.
- Strong commercial background with a track record of achieving renewal or revenue targets.
- Understanding of Identity Verification or related technology services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to commit to working onsite in the London office at least 3 days per week.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for documentation and pipeline management.
