What you will do

  • Own the full renewal lifecycle and expansion strategy for a portfolio of ~35 enterprise accounts.
  • Drive gross renewals and expansion ARR through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Manage executive-level relationships across multiple stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
  • Operate with high commercial rigor to ensure on-time, predictable renewal outcomes.
  • Translate the value of AI-driven productivity and human-in-the-loop workflows into actionable business outcomes.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting of renewals and expansion pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, renewal management, or enterprise sales within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large account portfolios and achieving renewal and expansion targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in enterprise-level negotiation and procurement cycles.
  • Excellent executive communication and multi-threading relationship skills.
  • Independent operator capable of driving customer outcomes without dedicated CSM support.
  • Must be based in the UK.
