What you will do

• Manage the full renewal cycle, engaging customers to navigate terms and secure commitments.
• Orchestrate internal alignment between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities to drive growth.
• Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce, flagging churn risks early.
• Negotiate with enterprise customers and partners, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or Account Management.
• Comfortable talking money, navigating procurement hurdles, and influencing decision-makers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
• Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management is a plus.
• Comfortable working across regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
