Salary: $130,000–$150,000 plus an annual bonus.

What you will do

  • Source, track, and nurture a robust pipeline of health plan opportunities, focusing on large national payers.
  • Drive deal strategy using data-driven insights and conduct research on market priorities and policy changes.
  • Develop high-stakes presentation materials tailored to health plan stakeholders at various leadership levels.
  • Lead strategic cross-functional projects and collaborate with Marketing to align on market messaging.
  • Design pricing models and manage contracting processes in coordination with legal and compliance teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role, with a strong preference for management consulting backgrounds.
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience specifically involving health plans.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management abilities with a track record of handling competing priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn abstract concepts into commercial action.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing direct client relationships.
  • Proven background in selling to health plans.
  • Experience in high-growth, technology-enabled services or value-based care models.
