What you will do
- Source, track, and nurture a robust pipeline of health plan opportunities, focusing on large national payers.
- Drive deal strategy using data-driven insights and conduct research on market priorities and policy changes.
- Develop high-stakes presentation materials tailored to health plan stakeholders at various leadership levels.
- Lead strategic cross-functional projects and collaborate with Marketing to align on market messaging.
- Design pricing models and manage contracting processes in coordination with legal and compliance teams.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role, with a strong preference for management consulting backgrounds.
- 3+ years of healthcare experience specifically involving health plans.
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management abilities with a track record of handling competing priorities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn abstract concepts into commercial action.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience managing direct client relationships.
- Proven background in selling to health plans.
- Experience in high-growth, technology-enabled services or value-based care models.
