What you will do

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum experience.
• Utilize telehealth and video conferencing platforms to provide virtual care.
• Manage clinical charting and electronic documentation to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with a diverse network of birth professionals and peer communities.
• Participate in client outreach to connect with families needing support.
• Coordinate with administrative teams for credentialing and insurance billing processes.

Requirements

• Certification/training as a birth and/or full spectrum doula.
• Must hold a New York Medicaid Provider Identification Number.
• Experience with pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Must possess current Adult & Infant CPR & First Aid Certification and liability insurance.
• Must have an NPI number and be eligible for OIG background screening.
• Ability to conduct both virtual and in-person sessions, including evenings and weekends.
