TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Director (HealthTech): Driving adoption of patient data infrastructure among value-based care organizations with an accent on technical discovery, API-driven solution selling, and complex stakeholder navigation. Focus on building and executing territory strategies, guiding technical validation cycles, and scaling revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in the United States and able to collaborate face-to-face with colleagues, prospects, and customers as needed.

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Develop pipeline from scratch through outbound, professional networks, and creative GTM strategies.
  • Sell data infrastructure to tech-enabled provider groups, specialty networks, and risk-bearing health plans.
  • Lead technical sales cycles, including API demos, data flow architecture mapping, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Translate complex technical healthcare problems into concrete business implementation approaches.
  • Operate like a startup executive to unblock stakeholders and iterate on market positioning.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to align sales outcomes with platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States with availability for periodic in-person collaboration.
  • 8+ years of experience selling complex SaaS or data platforms within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in closing multi-stakeholder deals ranging from $100K to $1M+.
  • Strong technical fluency in healthcare interoperability, specifically APIs, FHIR, and EHR systems.
  • Proven track record in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
  • Ability to engage executive leadership while effectively communicating with technical stakeholders.
