Salary: $143,000 – $222,000 USD (based on location)

What you will do
- Serve as a technical lead on strategic opportunities to influence deal cycles and accelerate revenue growth.
- Become the subject matter expert on healthcare data assets and platform capabilities.
- Develop scalable technical frameworks, demo environments, and reusable assets with a heavy emphasis on agentic AI workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Mentor peers and junior team members to elevate the technical and strategic mindset of the organization.
- Contribute to the long-term product roadmap by bringing deep insights from client needs and market trends.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering with a focus on healthcare data and technology.
- Proficiency in healthcare data standards (837/835 transactions, NDC codes) and analytics.
- Technical skills including APIs, data integration, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and large dataset analysis.
- Proficiency in data science techniques using SQL, Python, and/or R.
- Proven track record of leveraging AI tools to enhance SaaS products or workflows.
- Experience navigating regulated environments like HIPAA and GDPR.
Nice to have
- Experience in provider, payer, or financial service segments.
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Knowledge of identity resolution and privacy-preserving linking technologies.
