Salary: $80,000 - $180,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead the US partnership and global rollout by hunting and developing Key Accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold reachouts (email, LinkedIn) to closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Conduct deep discovery to uncover client needs and lead deal advancement through strategic influence.
  • Navigate large-scale negotiations and handle objections to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality client engagement and successful partner launches.
  • Utilize data analysis to create performance reports and identify growth trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hunting role, such as Account Executive or Sales Development.
  • Industry background in food, hospitality, media, or technology.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems to track and meet KPIs.
  • Strong data analysis skills to create projections and performance reports.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for sustainability and environmental issues.

Nice to have

  • Experience with value-based selling or MEDDICC methodology.
