Salary: $95,000–$110,000 plus annual bonus and equity

What you will do

• Source and track health plan opportunities while ensuring data hygiene within the CRM.
• Lead preparation for customer meetings by researching stakeholders and adapting pitch decks.
• Synthesize meeting takeaways and manage internal and external follow-up actions.
• Execute market research on prospective partners and health plan priorities.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing teams to develop case studies and conference materials.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role.
• Management consulting background strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or demonstrated ability to learn complex payer dynamics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to structure ambiguity into clear next steps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-quality slide and report creation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial modeling or building pricing proposals.
• Familiarity with insurance coverage across Commercial and Medicaid lines of business.
