TL;DR

Senior Manager, Member Growth Marketing: Own member activation and engagement marketing across employer and partner populations with an accent on multi-channel campaign execution, performance measurement, and scalable outreach/enrollment practices. Location: New York, New York; candidates must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 (annual, NYC-based applicants)

What you will do

  • Own marketing execution and performance for a defined book of high-priority national client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned client portfolios.
  • Partner with Client Success to develop and implement marketing plans aligned to client goals.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing customization with scalable approaches.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, print, and client-specific initiatives) and drive measurable outcomes (e.g., enrollment).
  • Track campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and help build processes and best practices for member outreach and enrollment.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years hands-on in a client-facing B2B2C role (e.g., employer, health plan, or partner-driven marketing).
  • Experience owning or supporting marketing for a portfolio of clients/accounts as a primary point of contact or partner.
  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results (e.g., enrollment).
  • Strong campaign execution skills across email, digital, and print channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • MBA or MPH.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or employee benefits.
