What you will do
- Develop and execute full-funnel DTC growth strategies including acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
- Manage acquisition channels across paid social, SEM, and SEO while maintaining strict budget and CAC efficiency.
- Build a high-velocity testing and optimization engine to iterate on ads and funnels.
- Manage external agency partners to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Partner with Product and Clinical teams to optimize conversion points and build patient trust.
- Analyze funnel data and qualitative insights to inform marketing decisions and strategy.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in DTC growth marketing with hands-on acquisition expertise.
- Demonstrable success in 0-1 growth environments and scaling channels from scratch.
- Experience managing paid social channels with significant monthly budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in forecasting and financial modeling.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly between creative ideation and execution.
- Must be based in the United States to align with company operations.

- Experience within the women's health space or other high-trust regulated industries.
- Experience with retention marketing.
