Salary: $125,000 – $172,000 per year (depending on tier/location).

What you will do

• Own and scale the direct-to-consumer direct mail prescreen program, managing high-volume marketing channels.
• Analyze campaign performance across direct mail and digital channels to uncover insights and recommend optimizations.
• Partner with Marketing Analytics and Data Science to validate prescreen criteria and improve acquisition metrics like CAC and LTV.
• Author creative briefs and lead cross-functional collaboration to test and iterate on new creative concepts.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality performance-oriented work.
• Run experimentation strategies on targeting and messaging while managing risk to meet business growth goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
• 3+ years managing prescreen direct mail programs at scale (3M+ pieces/month), ideally in consumer lending or financial services.
• Hands-on ability to write SQL queries and conduct independent performance analysis.
• Proven ability to partner effectively across technical and creative teams.
• Must reside in a US state where hirify.global operates (see location details).
• Strong project management skills and bachelor’s degree required.
