What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end growth strategies from awareness through activation.
• Lead performance marketing efforts with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and ROI.
• Oversee website strategy and conversion rate optimization to create a high-converting demand engine.
• Implement robust experimentation frameworks for A/B testing and channel evaluation.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to align channel strategies.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth marketing team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a growth leadership role.
• Proven track record of owning revenue and pipeline targets.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, SEO, website optimization, and analytics.
• Strong experience managing enterprise buyer journeys and ABM motions.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker/Tableau.
• Must have deep analytical expertise and a strong understanding of data architecture.
