What you will do

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
• Improve birth outcomes by providing consistent, high-touch support to patients.
• Collaborate with the Pomelo team using telehealth and electronic documentation systems.
• Provide both virtual and in-person support to meet diverse patient needs.
• Participate in peer community learning and shared support initiatives.

Requirements

• Completed certification or training as a birth or full-spectrum doula.
• Current NPI number, Adult & Infant CPR, and First Aid certification.
• In-depth understanding of pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Experience using video conferencing and electronic medical documentation platforms.
• Availability for evenings and weekends to accommodate patient schedules.
