TL;DR

Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Medtech): Driving the zero-to-one launch of a new women's health offering by building a best-in-class lifecycle and retention program. Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote).

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Execute day-to-day lifecycle marketing channels and oversee the retention strategy for new ventures.
  • Build a 0-to-1 testing engine for retention and optimize automated messaging journeys.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to identify friction points and boost patient lifetime value.
  • Partner with the Head of Growth to ensure a seamless full-funnel experience from acquisition to long-term adherence.
  • Synthesize cohort data and qualitative insights to optimize the end-to-end patient funnel.
  • Ensure all communications reflect an evidence-based care model while building patient trust.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in DTC lifecycle marketing, particularly in 0-to-1 growth environments.
  • Hands-on expertise operating email and SMS channels with a heavy emphasis on retention and subscriptions.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and balance creative ideation with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Braze for building complex multi-channel logic.
  • Background in women’s health or highly regulated industries.
