Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 annually.

What you will do
- Execute day-to-day lifecycle marketing channels and oversee the retention strategy for new ventures.
- Build a 0-to-1 testing engine for retention and optimize automated messaging journeys.
- Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to identify friction points and boost patient lifetime value.
- Partner with the Head of Growth to ensure a seamless full-funnel experience from acquisition to long-term adherence.
- Synthesize cohort data and qualitative insights to optimize the end-to-end patient funnel.
- Ensure all communications reflect an evidence-based care model while building patient trust.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in DTC lifecycle marketing, particularly in 0-to-1 growth environments.
- Hands-on expertise operating email and SMS channels with a heavy emphasis on retention and subscriptions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and balance creative ideation with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

- Experience with Braze for building complex multi-channel logic.
