What you will do

• Oversee medical care and improve clinical outcomes for a panel of patients.
• Lead daily clinical huddles across an interdisciplinary pod of RNs, LCSWs, and RDs.
• Review complex cases and develop personalized care plans.
• Lead the development and review of evidence-based obstetric and women’s health protocols.
• Monitor adverse events and conduct clinical retrospectives to refine protocols.
• Participate in on-call schedules including weekends and overnight rotations.

Requirements

• Active APP license in Tennessee (TN) and active compact RN license required.
• Minimum 4 years of obstetric experience, including high-risk patients.
• Experience in infant care.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in optimizing clinical outcomes and team collaboration.
• Growth mindset with experience in metric-driven, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to adapt to multiple tech platforms and contribute to system improvements.

Nice to have

• Telehealth or remote monitoring experience.
• Experience in outpatient or home-based management of higher-risk patients.
