Salary: $110,000–$145,000

What you will do

  • Oversee medical care and improve outcomes for a dedicated panel of patients.
  • Develop and refine evidence-based medical protocols and algorithms for menopause care.
  • Review complex patient cases and provide clinical guidance to the broader team.
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts and clinical retrospectives to refine care delivery.
  • Utilize data and technology platforms to drive patient engagement and health outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current APP license in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in menopause care, including hormone therapy (HT) prescription and management.
  • CNM or WHNP credential.
  • Commitment to obtaining MSCP certification.
  • Experience using technology platforms for clinical care.
  • Residency in Massachusetts or a nursing compact state.

Nice to have

  • Existing Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) certification.
  • Prior experience in telehealth or remote patient monitoring.
