Location: Remote (Global). The role is fully remote; however, specific health and 401(k) benefits mentioned are for US-based staff.
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 USD (Local currency payment available)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end campaign calendar, planning and prioritizing activities based on ICP and sales objectives.
- Design and execute targeted ABM-style campaigns for agencies and mid-market segments in partnership with Sales.
- Orchestrate integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content, webinars, and events.
- Execute competitive and conquest-driven campaigns to accelerate late-stage sales conversations.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance audience research, creative testing, and campaign performance analysis.
- Monitor pipeline metrics including MQLs, SQLs, and CAC to refine campaign strategy and optimize conversion.
Requirements
- 4 to 6+ years of experience leading integrated demand generation campaigns in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to own and execute campaign calendars tied to measurable revenue and pipeline outcomes.
- Strong experience in ABM and sales-aligned demand programs.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-touch campaigns across the full funnel.
- Hands-on experience managing agencies, stakeholder timelines, and cross-functional projects.
- Active use of AI in marketing to improve scale and operational speed.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to technical audiences such as developers or agencies.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, and pipeline attribution reporting.
