What you will do

• Plan and execute integrated digital demand generation campaigns.
• Manage paid media strategy and external agency relationships.
• Own organic social media execution and influencer marketing programs.
• Manage campaign setup across email, landing pages, and digital channels.
• Build and optimize nurture and lifecycle programs within HubSpot.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable reporting insights.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or ABM.
• Experience managing multi-touch campaigns and complex buyer journeys.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Proven success working cross-functionally with field and partner marketing teams.
