- Manage the entire sales cycle for Labor & Trust opportunities from pipeline generation to closing.
- Champion the organization's mission to trustees, benefits managers, and union leadership.
- Lead consultative sales conversations and tailor value propositions to diverse decision-makers.
- Partner with BDRs to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop detailed strategic plans to consistently meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at key industry events, trustee summits, and labor conferences.
Требования
- 8+ years of direct sales experience with a proven history of quota attainment.
- At least 5 years of experience selling benefits, healthcare, or SaaS solutions specifically to labor and trust clients.
- Deep understanding of union benefit structures, trust governance, and complex decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to close 6-figure+ enterprise deals.
- Proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce for deal and pipeline management.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time for industry events.
