What you will do

• Define and evolve the frontend architecture for growth surfaces, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels.
• Champion a modular, testable component-driven design system that supports rapid A/B testing.
• Drive frontend performance optimization to improve Core Web Vitals and overall user engagement.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to translate mockups into accessible, high-performing implementations.
• Mentor 3–6 engineers on best practices, code quality, accessibility, and architectural standards.
• Own the experimentation pipeline, including instrumentation, analysis, and iteration of winning variants.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in Canada and hold legal work authorization.
• 7+ years of total software engineering experience, including 4+ years of focused frontend development.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React or equivalent modern frameworks.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility (WCAG), and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of leading teams in delivering high-quality web applications.
