What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing engineering team through regular 1:1s and professional development.
- Drive the technical and strategic vision for data partner infrastructure, ensuring scalability and interoperability.
- Define and manage governance around release cycles, deployment, testing, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical blockers and align product decisions.
- Manage team metrics and KPIs to optimize productivity and engineering velocity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Must be local to New York City and commute to the office 3-4 days per week.
- Deep technical expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and highly scalable application architectures.
- Proven track record of managing sprint planning, goal-based project tracking, and execution.
- Experience with API and SDK integrations in a product-focused environment.
