Salary: $200,000 - $225,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance and diversify the investor base including family offices and pension groups.
• Manage fundraising pipeline using the firm's CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach activities.
• Oversee outbound marketing to investors and represent the company at industry conferences.
• Prepare and refine investor-facing materials, including presentations, case studies, and diligence responses.
• Coordinate with legal and operations teams to guide deals from initial term sheet to final close.
• Provide regular strategic updates to senior management on fundraising progress and market trends.

Requirements

• Must be located in an authorized US state (AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI).
• 2+ years of experience in client-facing financial services or investor-focused roles.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with knowledge of valuation concepts and capital markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce compelling presentations.
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships and handle investor inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and financial databases.
