Salary: $132,050 – $175,350 (Based on geographic tiers)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day execution of growth campaigns across SEM, Programmatic, and Online Video.
• Test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve CAC, conversion rates, and LTV.
• Develop and iterate on acquisition strategies in partnership with the Head of Growth Marketing.
• Use analytics platforms to derive insights and provide regular performance reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and targeting.
• Conduct high-velocity experiments on creative, targeting, and bidding to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Residency: Must reside in one of the approved US states listed in the location section.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Programmatic, Online Video).
• Experience in consumer finance is a must.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Trade Desk, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with a proven track record of hitting aggressive growth targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
