Salary: $60,000 base + uncapped commission (On-Target Earnings: $90,000+)

What you will do

• Manage and nurture a pipeline of warm homeowner leads through structured sales processes.
• Conduct high-volume proactive consultative calls to assess financial needs and explain product details.
• Drive conversions by following up on initial estimates and final offers to ensure prospects move through the funnel.
• Provide high-quality customer support, answering product and pricing questions.
• Ensure full compliance with all industry regulations and company policies during every interaction.
• Contribute to special sales initiatives and cross-functional tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Minimum 3+ years of phone-based sales experience.
• Proven track record of managing large volumes of leads and pipeline follow-through.
• Familiarity with U.S. real estate and mortgage processes.
• Must obtain and maintain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license within 60 days of start date.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial products simply.
• Moderate to strong computer skills (G-Suite) and CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
