Salary: $90,000 base + commission (averages up to 50% of base).

What you will do
- Manage monthly sales targets and evaluate team performance through reporting and call reviews.
- Hire, onboard, and provide actionable 1:1 coaching to Account Managers.
- Develop and implement monthly sales training plans and call campaign strategies.
- Resolve escalated homeowner concerns with professionalism.
- Partner cross-functionally to refine sales processes and improve customer experience.
- Obtain and maintain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales management with a focus on telephonic sales teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an MLO license within 60 days of start date.
- Must reside in or relocate to the Las Vegas area for future hybrid office requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to use performance data to drive operational improvements.
- Proven experience leading complex strategic initiatives.
- English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Industry experience in Real Estate, Mortgage, or HELOC.
- Prior experience managing remote teams.
