Strategic Development Manager (Fintech): Strengthening dealer relationships and improving vehicle protection contract count through training activities with an accent on F&I training for dealers. Salary: USD $58,000 to $110,000

What you will do
- Provide tailored F&I training for dealers in collaboration with field account representatives on GM Protection products, menu & interview process, and systems.
- Support new dealership launches, new F&I Manager training, service claims processes, overcoming objections, and business development.
- Maintain effective communication with dealers and appropriate internal partners.
- Work independently and collaboratively to drive change.
- Travel up to 80% of the time to dealership training assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or extensive relevant experience preferred
- In-dealership F&I experience strongly preferred
- A proven track record of quality sales performance and client satisfaction preferred
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle (company or rental) for traveling from one work location to another access to a major airport
- 80% travel required within the contiguous United States, with the rare but possible need for weekend travel
