Salary: $87,000–$114,450 (OTE $174k–$228k)

What you will do
- Deliver revenue by consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive proactive prospecting and territory execution through outbound activity and structured account planning.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, acting as a trusted commercial partner.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to advance and close complex deals.
- Lead sales conversations and presentations that articulate clear customer value and commercial impact.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within the CRM.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or institutional sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Proven hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch.
- Strong ownership of the full sales cycle from initial discovery to commercial negotiation and closing.
- Ability to learn technical and complex products, including accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting use cases.
- Strategic account planning capability to prioritize efforts and drive tangible commercial results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
