Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Remote or Hybrid with office in Palo Alto, CA).

Salary: $60,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE ~$90,000).

What you will do

  • Maximize lead-to-funding conversion by managing a large, warm pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Conduct high-volume call blocks to uncover homeowner goals and tailor financial solutions.
  • Execute consultative selling techniques to guide homeowners through complex financial decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Underwriting, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth journey.
  • Track performance metrics, engage in role-plays, and iterate on sales tactics to improve KPIs.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and pipeline discipline.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license within 60 days of hire.
  • At least 1 year of phone sales experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Must be based in the U.S. with a dedicated home office space free of distraction.
  • Ability to travel for two mandatory onsite events per year.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and G Suite.
  • Ability to undergo criminal background and credit checks for NMLS registration.
