What you will do
- Act as the first of contact for homeowners via phone, email, and chat.
- Educate homeowners on company products and guide them through the application process.
- Provide status updates, address concerns, and handle underwriting requests.
- Book product calls for Account Managers and conduct post-funding follow-ups.
- Collaborate on pilot programs to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines or able to work from the BGC office.
- Available to work staggered schedules between 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM PHT.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
