What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical contact to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and API integration.
- Translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders to ensure maximum platform utilization.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve technical friction points and enhance user experience.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by analyzing usage patterns and customer needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients to ensure they derive long-term value from medical AI solutions.
- Champion customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Professional proficiency in both English and German is mandatory for this role.
- Deep understanding of API infrastructure and technical integration processes.
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment based in Copenhagen.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for medical technology and the application of AI in clinical settings.
