What you will do

  • Monitor and track incoming customer reports, bugs, and technical incidents.
  • Perform initial triage and detailed investigation of reported issues.
  • Reproduce issues, gather logs, and document necessary context for engineering teams.
  • Route tickets appropriately and manage the full lifecycle from identification to resolution.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify recurring patterns in support requests to proactively improve platform performance.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a Support Engineer or similar role.
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for investigating technical issues.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, Zoho, Zendesk, or similar).
  • Basic technical understanding of APIs, logs, and HTTP requests.
  • Must be based in the EU or specified European regions.
