Senior Technical Success Manager (OEM): Serving as the primary technical and strategic partner for OEM customers integrating hirify.global into their own products, with an accent on architecture design, integration patterns, and platform scalability. Focus on ensuring production-ready deployments, guiding partners through API and infrastructure decisions, and translating technical success into measurable business outcomes.

Location: Must be based in Europe (Berlin office or remote across specified European countries). Visa sponsorship available for Germany.

What you will do

• Own technical post-sales relationships with strategic OEM and embed partners, managing onboarding, architecture, and integration.
• Guide partners on best practices for API integration, authentication, multi-tenant architecture, and system scaling.
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams to debug complex implementation issues and ensure system reliability.
• Advise leadership on product integration strategy, including licensing structures, ROI, and commercial model evolution.
• Communicate business value and technical outcomes through structured executive business reviews and technical health checks.
• Represent partner needs internally by providing feedback to Product and Engineering to shape the OEM roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software architecture, APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience supporting embedded software platforms, developer tools, or integration tooling.
• Ability to communicate effectively across both technical and executive audiences.
• Existing right to work in the country of residence (if outside Germany).
• Fluent English (company language).

Nice to have

• Background in workflow automation, iPaaS, or orchestration tools.
• Experience with AI orchestration, agentic automation, or LLM-driven workflows.
• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
• Formal Computer Science or Engineering education.
