What you will do

  • Own and expand the Nordic enterprise portfolio, ensuring retention and long-term customer success.
  • Serve as the primary commercial and strategic lead for key accounts, building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Drive complex enterprise-level initiatives, including rollouts, expansions, and strategic pilots.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with VP and commercial teams to define account management standards.

Requirements

  • Strong track record in Senior Account Management, Enterprise Project Management, or Customer Success leadership.
  • Experience managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts within the Nordics.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Proven expertise in B2B SaaS value creation and digital platform understanding.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.
