What you will do

• Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and its integration with Salesforce.
• Design and maintain lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows for Sales handoff.
• Build and automate performance dashboards using Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
• Lead the AI integration within the marketing organization by introducing new workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across all marketing technology platforms.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure process alignment and pipeline impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI industries.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and AI workflow implementation.
• Strong expertise in lead management, attribution modeling, and data governance.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, and modern AI-driven marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
