TL;DR

Director of Partner Marketing (AI): Building and leading hirify.global’s global partner marketing function to accelerate partner-sourced pipeline with an accent on ISV and GSI ecosystem strategy. Focus on designing scalable operational models, establishing KPI frameworks, and creating joint value propositions that drive revenue growth.

Location: Must be based in the United States (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; or Remote)

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Define and execute the global strategy for the partner marketing function to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Design and operationalize marketing models supporting diverse partner segments including ISVs, SIs, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Develop partnership-specific messaging and content assets to enable effective joint solution selling.
  • Analyze partner pipeline performance to identify growth bottlenecks and inform product roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and IT to optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows for scalable partner motions.
  • Act as a key cross-functional leader aligning sales, product, and partnerships toward unified go-to-market goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing at a SaaS or B2B technology company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive significant revenue.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS partner motions (ISVs, SIs, GSIs, cloud marketplaces).
  • Strong analytical skills regarding pipeline metrics, ROI, and performance reporting.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth environments and build functions from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Experience in contact center technology or customer experience software.
  • Background in product marketing or solutions marketing.
