What you will do
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding projects for various business sizes.
- Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure timely delivery and high adoption rates.
- Provide outstanding service and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues during the onboarding phase.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on key onboarding metrics.
Requirements
- Danish language proficiency is essential
- Proven experience in onboarding, customer success, or account management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple customer journeys simultaneously
- Confidence in using CRM tools and customer engagement software
