What you will do
- Accelerate technical activation for new customers onboarded to our API infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary technical bridge between product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Remove integration friction to ensure customers realize value from medical AI tools quickly.
- Grow long-term utilization and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support diverse users, including both technical developers and clinical staff.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish is required for this role.
- Strong background in customer success, technical account management, or developer relations.
- Ability to explain complex technical API concepts to non-technical healthcare stakeholders.
- Understanding of healthcare industry workflows and data integration challenges.
- Must be based in or able to work from Copenhagen, Denmark.
